Have asked for glasses to be posted two weeks ago they have not arrived spoken to branch at Talbot Heath poole over the last two weeks where I have been told they have been posted , oh no they are still here. Oh no they have been posted!!
Well after another 1 hour phone to branch and a chat line for complaints I have no idea or faith in where my £260 glasses are.
