Could I suggest staff train [ of management ] I was refused a £2.50 refund for a product that did not do the job it was requested for
This was your Beckenham shop so perhaps other shop managers are better
But petty to stop £2.50 refund very sad
Please display sign in yours shops on items that no refunds can be made
