Hounslow branch used to be excellent but last manager retired. Excellent and friendly he was. Since then it looks like new management in and it’s gone downhill
Gave me the wrong prescription last year which I queried 3 times then had to pay additional £100 on top of £300. New glasses needed now and it’s just money money money it seems. £300 for one pair. What!!! £137 for 2 pairs online. This will be the last time spec savers. The trust in your staff has gone. Massive trust issue here
