I bought my Glasses in November 2021 not Happy with them as the prescription was blurred kept managing with them it will get better I thought.
Only having them 5 months thought they could be changed
Under Guarantee. They cost me £300pound only to be told . Sorry the 100 days have gone by. So said only wont new lenses put in £169 pound later for the lenses.
It seemed all they wanted was the money . I am a pensioner feel I have been ripped off.
