I wish to commend Jess at Specsavers, Kippa-Ring, Queensland. As an inter State visitor, I experienced nothing but politeness and practical help at the store today when my prescription frames bent and a retaining screw was lost. Jess not only made prompt repairs, but checked my other glasses and provided a sturdier case.
