I had a test and went back 3 weeks later to say that something was not right. I was told there was nothing wrong. Not being happy with this outcome I arranged a visit to Boots. Briefly, Boots diagnosed a problem and have been referred to a consultant at hospital. Having complained to Specsavers they said there was nothing wrong with their test. I totally disagree.
