Went for a contract lens check on Saturday in Long Eaton and I felt the women treated me quite badly as I hadn't got any contact lenses to put on because I had run out a long time ago, which is why I made the appointment in the first place. They weren't prepared to help me at all so I ended up getting a copy of my eye prescription from the eye test that I had with them a few months ago and took it to Boots Opticians who were extremely helpful. It's a shame as I have used specsavers for the past 20 years and will not be returning after this unpleasant visit.
