Atrocious. I called in yo the Streatham store about a problem with my right eye. I was triaged told I would be seen but they would call me within 2 hours to go back. That was yesterday and still waiting, have tried to call them numerous times today and kept holding on until you get a message saying number has been logged and will call back, have been waiting since 11am this morning still no callback .
Will not be using specsavers again I always thought it was common courtesy to call back even if they cannot see you
