Seems that they do not know their refund policy. I can see better from my old glasses although the prescription has hardly changed. I know the prescription is correct as I have been going to the same optometrist for years. Everybody I talk to there doesn’t have enough experience to know anything. I was told to wear the glasses that I cannot see from so my eyes will get accustomed to the glasses. They are going in the garbage as I use them for my work computer and am getting headaches and sore eyes. Too much hassle to get it right from a bunch of inexperienced people.
