My name is John legge and I wrote a review 2 days ago regarding the poor level of service I received at the Clacton on Sea Branch . I have since received a phone call and invited to return to the Branch this morning 27.07.23 at 9.30 , I met the manager a young lady called Teala , she had my glasses frames examined in the repair department and then offered me a new pair of frames . I have to say Teala has restored my faith in Specsavers , this young women has excellent social skills and a very professional approach to customer care . My new glass frames are perfect.
