From a flickering light whilst waiting, to the first test being undertaken in a space where people were coming and going (ie not private), to the broken chair and the ineffectual person who tried, through mumbled breath, to upsell every option, I left feeling underwhelmed and a bit annoyed.
Optometrist was great I have to say but the chap before measured my current glasses incorrectly so it all felt a little disconnected and unprofessional.
Would expect a better service given the prices. They are not cheap.
