I (plus my wife) have been using the Hereford branch for years, never had any problems. Had to go back today to return a pair of glasses as wasn't happy with one of the features of the frame, always a daunting task (complaining) but I was dealt with efficiently and effectively, by a young man who when I looked closer was a trainee optical assistant, hope he doesn't lose that enthusiasm l. Anyway he was very helpful and sorted my problem out immediately. Quite heartening when compared with other reviews on here.
