Harminder went the extra mile (25 march 2024 West Bromwich branch) to make me feel comfortable and make the right choice. I was feeling uneasy and pressured before hand but I’m glad that she was able to address my concerns in a courteous way. Will definitely recommend here and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves
