I don't know how to put this politely
A text from the Deal Specsavers saying
You have an appointment at 14:20 on the 18th April 24
I turned up for this went through all the normal checking-in procedures and was told to take a seat
After about 5 minutes was asked to come to a bay, where I was told it was NOT a face-to-face appointment and I would have to book another one
How can they sit down in front of me and tell me so much rubbish, WHY NOT TELL ME THEY HAD OVERBOOKED
