Had a contact lens check and reading glasses to collect. Glasses were wrong so, without any prompting, they waived the fee for the check up. The perfect response.
Their staff are always professional and friendly, and this is consistent for stores in Coventry and Didcot I have visited recently. Excellent Company, well done!!
