I paid for glasses on 1st MAY 2023..yes 1 year ago from the Watford branch. I walked in on a number of occasions only to be accused of being a lier by the manager- a loud mouth lady who is a bully. Anyhow, we are a year on..I have tried in various forms to get resolution to..they have never contacted..only only was to share my details on social media which I declined.
Please from my experience AVOID this branch!
