Arrived early Monday 20th May. I was greeted and asked to go upstairs for my eye appointment. Was greeted again. A very nice young man called Ben did the pre checks.Then a lovely lady called Tahira did my eye test explaining everything as she went along. Ben then accompanied me back downstairs to look at frames. Another lovely lady called Cath who I saw last time I had my glasses helped me choose some frames. Absolutely 1st class service from walking in to walking out. Just waiting for my new glasses to come so I can go and pick them up. The store I visited is Crystal Peaks. Sheffield.
