My spectacles snapped and the lens fell out just as I put them on in the morning. We called at the Rochdale branch and the manager turned what could have been a disaster into a slight inconvenience by her actions. Within an hour of calling in she had sorted out the situation and my varifocals were sorted. Real customer service in action.
