Specsavers are ok, but not great.
I have 2 pairs of varifocal glasses from them - both the same prescription, but one with the base lens specification (cost £65 including the frame) and the other with their 'best' specification (Superdigital, 1.74, coatings, etc) at over £350.
There is absolutely no difference in vision between the 2 types of lenses.
I had no problems adapting quickly to the Specsavers varifocal lenses, but the quality is ok, not the best, but ok.
Next time, I will go to an independent optician for Zeiss lenses - they don't cost that much more but seem to be universally acknowledged by the profession as the best.
