Had a lovely lady helping me choose my glasses, very friendly and helpful. When I went to collect my glasses it was a different lady, just felt she couldn’t be bothered. I think once they’ve got your money they lose interest. Also I wasn’t given all the information before buying which I found out afterwards. I don’t think i’ll use them again in the future.
