Booked a home visit with Specsavers & were late. Appt booked for between 12noon & 2pm... I'm a disabled lady & I think at least a courtesy call to say they were running late.
I wish I'd read the reviews before I made my appt, I wouldn't have bothered in the first place.Not good enough Specsavers.
