Had an appointment booked at Lowestoft today 5/9/24 - was kept waiting 45mins for the Optician - at no point was I kept up to date as to when I would be attended to.
Marked deterioration in service since my last appointment a couple of years ago. Have lost a 15 year customer and will now use Vision Express as does my wife after a similar very negative experience with Specsavers some years ago !
