Sainsbury Kidderminster had absolutely terrible customer service along with dirty equipment I had to clean myself because the lenses were smudged and dirty .
This has resulted in a incorrect eye test and of course it is not their fault because I have chosen to get my prescription filled elsewhere due their extortionate prices.
It was was interesting that customer services were surprised that I rated Asda very highly when their own ratings are 2.2
