I started phoning at 10am on a Sunday morning iwas 3rd in line which isn't so bad or so I thought?
But at each time the machine/human spoke the waiting time went up a minute so after it reach 13 minutes and I was caller Number one but still didn't get to speak to anyone I gave up and no j don't have any patience left
