Eye test was 26September, today, 2 November, still no sign of glasses. Been promised them for three weeks, twice a week. Made numerous calls, fobbed off and lied to, told definitely Tuesday or Thursday for three weeks. Non return of messages, no communication, absolutely disgusting. Mum is dying and now it's too late. Terrible company and shocking service and STILL NO GLASSES. I'm contacting trading standards and I want a full refund for the misery your shocking company has caused.
