Booked an appointment for a visit for my mother in a care home for an eye test, took approx 3 weeks, not a problem. On the day no one arrived, phoned, told me they got held up due to weather!!!!! A bit of rain!! Told the next appointment would be in 4 weeks time, told lady to forget it and would go elsewhere.
Very poor service and poor communication from this high street company, would not recommend.
