Been a customer at Spec Savers Isle of Man for many years, last pair 2016, customer. Service had changed to 3 strikes and you pay, Ie: glassess need amusement first responce: we have already ajusted them and if they need doing again there will be a cost
So this year I change to an optician who confirmed no cost for adjustment and I could call n any time
