After holding a conversation shouting across the shop with a colleague, in front of other customers, it was my fault as I had had an eye operation. That was why I was getting the new glasses. Besides as she pointed out I did not need to read small print. When I said I did, she was not interested, did not bother adjusting the frame to fit properly and got me out as quick as possible. I now use these new glasses for distance and have to use my old ones for reading. They just want your money and that is it. The frames are very good design and friends comment on them, but I do tell them not to go to Specsavers.
