The optition Roberto in Bexhill on sea was very thorough and professional, he has a kindness about him that made my dad feel at ease and totally reassured. My dad has a fear of eyes so has never been to the optition before but now would not go anywhere else because of how Roberto treated him. No stone went unturned. Thank you ever so much all worries and concerns sorted out on the same day. A real credit to your team thank you.
