Had an accident with my glasses and the side was bent. Took the frame into The Maghull Branch and was told they could only replace the frame at £85 as side could not be straightened.
The frame was from the Twiggy range with a sparkly wrap around the sides.
I then took the frame to a local optical lab in Ormskirk who straightened the side for no charge.
Shame on you Specsavers you have now lost a customer.
