Have been a customer of Specsavers for 4 years and generally been happy with their service.
But was disappointed with the service today. I called into the local branch to get some help as a screw had come off the side of my glasses and all it needed was a new screw to be put back in. Was refused any help as the frame itself had not come from Specsavers and when I asked where I could go to have it fixed was told "I dunno".
