Treated like a fool and felt like a lair in the Gorseinon shop when I complained about a so called offer they had. When I tried to complain to head office via their website the complaint went back to Sally Anne who says she owns the store. And dismissed my complaint completely. She has told me there’s a nice friendly optician a few doors up and I should go there. Well Sally Anne I think anyone living in Gorseinon should also go to another optician.
