Received a brilliant customer service at Specsavers in Kensington. My husband and I both had been pre-tested by Pryanka and eye examined by Randeep who was very thorough. I was pleased with Pryanka who was extremely patient with my husband who is a chatterbox and was being picky choosing frames. She helped my husband choose a best fitting frame so his lenses could fit in as his prescription is quite thick. She is a gem and perfectionist in picking out frames according to the customer’s face shape and what colour suits the person. Thank you both ever so much Pryanka & Randeep.
