Just booked a home appointment, the girl on the end of the phone was so quiet and drippy, constantly asking "can i get...?" in a half hearted pathetic voice. I struggled to hear her and felt lije she was half asleep... Goodness knows how an older person would have coped.
However... I can't fault our local store so we'll see how the actual home visit turns out.
