A consultant called 2 weeks ago asking if we would like to make an appointment, which I did.
The date agreed upon was today 12.3.2020, after 2pm and I was told we would be contacted and given a time beforehand.
Four calls to the relevant number and a message each time saying 'leave your number and address and we'll get back to you' have obviously fallen on deaf ears !!!!
A poor show !!!
