Do not use Fulham store I have been overcharged and given different frames from which I had chosen. I have never received the so called phone call I was supposedly to have had to explain what had happened, obviously because he thought his actions would have no come back. I have used this store since it opened and always had excellent service. I will never use this again. Last week I purchased some hearing aids at Kensington store and the staff there were great. I will take my business there in future. Fulham lost out on a £1,995.00 sale. Go to Kensington for honesty.
