Had an eye test yesterday. After initial assessment, I was told to sit in waiting area, which I did for 20 minutes. Only person sat there, when an optician can up to me and said sorry for wait, paperwork wasn’t put in wrong tray and that they could find me. I was still the only person sat there.
Absolute shambles.😡😡.
Then to day received an appoint for eye test in December. Talk about incompetence. Needless to say I will never recommend or go there to Gloucester branch again.
