Horrible experience with my old aged parents.They were about to miss their next flight.spice jet cancelled their flight twice in a span of 4 hrs. A BIG NO NO NO.CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE PATHETIC.NEVER BOOK UR PARENTS TICKETS IF THEY ARE OLD OR NOT SO FREQUENT TRAVELLER.
