Spice Jet is the worst airlines ever. My grandparents who are 75+ were traveling from Bagdogra to Guwahati yesterday. It was supposed to fly at 6:30 but got delayed and due to bad weather got diverted to Kolkata later on. You guys kept the passengers inside the plane in Kolkata for 3-4 hours and just gave them 2 packets biscuits each?
Never flying Spicejet again.
