Just watched a video of ur staff slapping a security person. She could have reported to the authorities instead of snapping if the security did something wrong . This is not good . May be these staffs who are not mentally healthy should be grounded. Flying with such short tempered staffs is risky Spice jet authorities do a mental health check up of ur staff from time to time
