Very bad customer service from spicejet ,I was traveling from Dubai to kozhikode , I am eligible for 30 kg luggage and 7kg handbag , however I don’t have handbag and my luggage weighed 30.75 kg , Mr Tharun asked me to pay 150 aed for excess baggage , I requested him that it’s only 0.75 kg and I don’t have hand baggage , he didn’t allowed that asked to remove , I opened my roughly closed box and removed small items , it’s take me lots of time and humiliation in front of other passengers and family members , why this people are behaving very arrogant , Are they underpaid or over worked ? Or else they are thinking will get customers even in waste customer service scenarios … ? Very pathetic
