Tanmay and shweta from ground staff tried to take money from me By claiming the handbag weight to be overboard by 1 kg
All this when they dint let me check in at the counter even when i was 1 hour early.
Completely unprofessional staff and rude to customers , they even told me that they did a favour my letting me check in when they dint want to. Such audacity !!!!
