Horrible service with SpiceJet at Delhi Airport. At check-in counter, lady name SHIPRA was HORRIBLE. She was misbehaving and was very arrogant. Was not ready to listen. and said she is head of spicejet at delhi airport...which I knew she is not. She refused to call her supervisor to resolve the issue. I was traveling on 26-Jan-2025.
I hope she is fired from spicejet. I dont intend to go back to spicejet for next travel unless it is only choice for me.
