My experience with SpiceJet was very disappointing. Neither their customer service nor the nodal officer helped me, and they were completely unsuccessful in resolving my concerns related to the legalities of booking and vending. Their policies are implemented strictly without any laxity, due to which passengers do not get any solution or help.
I strongly warn my fellow passengers to think twice before booking with this airline. In my opinion, traveling with a spa jet is like inviting trouble for yourself.
