I am feeling really bad in saying this, but worst service ever. I totally understand that mistakes happen but this experience with Spice village was the heights of it. I have ordered from other Indian portals in Germany and have never had a problem. I also understand that this was during the Christmas holidays. There was no need for lying, that it is already dispatched or saying it will be sent today etc. I do not know what else to say to you guys. I am not gonna recommend your website to anyone in my circle and my review would reflect the same. Unfortunately, I do not remember the names of the persons I have spoken to. I had to contact you people several times to even get my order delivered to me, which happened finally.
