“I’m not usually someone who checks a product’s expiry date, but luckily I noticed that one of the two bottles of Idhayam oil I ordered had discoloration. That prompted me to check the label, and I was surprised to find it had expired. When I raised the issue, there was no argument, and a refund was issued immediately, which I appreciate. However, will I trust this seller again? Honestly, probably not. Customers shouldn’t have to worry about receiving expired products. Where is the quality check? It’s hard to feel confident ordering online if the intent seems to be pushing expired products to buyers.”
