“A very nice concept store - an asian supermarket with tasty Indian chaat/fast food Imbiss. We often order Indian groceries from here as their service is quite reliable, quick and the online shopping has loads of items which are otherwise difficult to find elsewhere.”

“It’s very poor quality of the delivery, the items were delivered in a plastic bag without no protection to the items In the order some time were missing but no explicit information whether are we ok further processing or not ? Even after delivery there is no explicit note or email that couple of times are missing we will refund at later stage something like that We need to explicitly call for the status Lot of things can be improved”

“My order was for about 60 euros which also included curry leaves and they have sent spoilt leaves… when I called them they said send an email absolutely no empathy or helping nature. Attaching images here!”

“A frozen product must also be delivered frozen. No exceptions. The products were delivered without any insulation as if it isn’t even frozen. To tell a customer that they should now consume this product touted as frozen (3 whole packets) and delivered completely thawed out and then get back to them if the quality is compromised is unthinkable and unacceptable and not what customer service is even about.”
