“Yesterday. I tried to submit a Order and it was showing, that you cannot delivar to my Adress, eventhough it has been delivered via DHL all these Months. Completely disappointed by your Service and i would buy the Goods worth 90€ from another Indian online Shop. Thanks for your Service.”

“It’s very poor quality of the delivery, the items were delivered in a plastic bag without no protection to the items In the order some time were missing but no explicit information whether are we ok further processing or not ? Even after delivery there is no explicit note or email that couple of times are missing we will refund at later stage something like that We need to explicitly call for the status Lot of things can be improved”

“A frozen product must also be delivered frozen. No exceptions. The products were delivered without any insulation as if it isn’t even frozen. To tell a customer that they should now consume this product touted as frozen (3 whole packets) and delivered completely thawed out and then get back to them if the quality is compromised is unthinkable and unacceptable and not what customer service is even about.”

“Very poor return Policy. I placed an order for some utensil, one of the utensil is in unusable state, they are not responding to return emails. Very disappointed, will not advice to use the platform to order utensils.”
