“Very. Very. Very. Poor. Customer. Support. Literally have to mail you and remind you a gazillion times for every single thing. You might be understaffed due to the pandemic but this is not nice.”

“For the 4th time in a row the items were damaged .. first time i called the customer care as i understand that mistakes happen , for the second time i also called to let them know that please take care of such matters as it's 2nd time . but when again in my next delivery it happend for 3 time and again on 4th time .. it's super bad . This is not how you should take your customer grandted ..”

“Charged 9 EUR for no reason! Didn't deliver my package on time, did not reply on time. I now doubt if that was the intention after all to not deliver and just charge. Never buying from here again”

“Disappointed with the delivery I ordered online. Dosa batter has expired on the day it was delivered and the packaging broke and the batter was all over the delivery package. The drumsticks were not fresh and had to discard them.”

“The ordered dosa batter was very sour and i think it was made from 20 days it was so sour and not even like idli dosa batter. They dint give managoes. Ordered medium and small sized onions but they only gave small sized all of them.”

“Grocery was good but vegetables were fully rotten and damaged and had to throw them immediately After opening packet. I will strongly recommend not buy vegetables online from Spice village. Money will be wasted completely.”

“Shipping was a disaster. i ordered from Berlin to Berlin and the package had gone to Leipzig. I had ordered paneer and dosa batter. However, they were not properly packed with cooling material and when it arrived, I had to toss it.”

“I have ordered a package. You delivered 3 packages and took money for the all 3 packages. In my account it clearly shows that i have ordered only once. I have returned the duplicate package byvspending delivery cost. You have not return money for one packet and ghe other one you have credited reduced money saying vegetables are spoiled. Why should i bare this much amount for your mistake. You have not even replied to the mail i sent. Such a poor customer service i have ever seen. You did not even check that you are delivering same order thrice to the same house. Such an irresponsible delivery service”

“The delivery service of Spicevillage is horrible.Recently I ordered fresh fruits and vegetables for monday same day delivery. It arrived 2 days later and guavas are missing.As well as the frozen stuff(rumali rotis )came mushy . I wrote them mail regarding the problem but no one responded to it nor did they refund my money. I am very regular customer of spice village both online and at the store. To be honest their store service is excellent. But their online service which is reliant on fairsenden is really bad. And I mentioned it several time before. Atleast they used to be apologetic and compensatory. Now it seems that they are not even addressing refunding for items not delivered.”
