Shipping was a disaster. i ordered from Berlin to Berlin and the package had gone to Leipzig. I had ordered paneer and dosa batter. However, they were not properly packed with cooling material and when it arrived, I had to toss it.

I have ordered a package. You delivered 3 packages and took money for the all 3 packages. In my account it clearly shows that i have ordered only once. I have returned the duplicate package byvspending delivery cost. You have not return money for one packet and ghe other one you have credited reduced money saying vegetables are spoiled. Why should i bare this much amount for your mistake. You have not even replied to the mail i sent. Such a poor customer service i have ever seen. You did not even check that you are delivering same order thrice to the same house. Such an irresponsible delivery service

The delivery service of Spicevillage is horrible.Recently I ordered fresh fruits and vegetables for monday same day delivery. It arrived 2 days later and guavas are missing.As well as the frozen stuff(rumali rotis )came mushy . I wrote them mail regarding the problem but no one responded to it nor did they refund my money. I am very regular customer of spice village both online and at the store. To be honest their store service is excellent. But their online service which is reliant on fairsenden is really bad. And I mentioned it several time before. Atleast they used to be apologetic and compensatory. Now it seems that they are not even addressing refunding for items not delivered.

i got wrong product in my order. Thats not the bad thing. bad thing is i wrote mail to you for this issue and there is no reply or sorry from your team. Not going to order again from you.

My order delivered after 2 days, but they charged same day delivery fee.Some items were unavailable, but it shows on website.So I got email about then we did lots of discussion about that which kills time.

Did not receive the Invoice on our company name. I had to pay the money from my pocket due to your company's mistake. While checking out as guest, there was no option to add billing address. After the purchase, I got to see that the billing address was automatically added same as the delivery address. Informed the customer service team immediately, and did not receive any help from them. Poor customer service, I must say. Due to this reason, me and my friends are not shifting towards another online Indian store.

The last time I ordered ripe and unripe plantains , I was given ripe plantains for unripe and over bad for ripe plantains . And I even sent them messages and pictures to prove my point but they bother not to reply. So am not buying from again

Your website has taken a turn for the worse. I cannot search for the items I need. Even if items are available, I cannot access them with search functionality. Fix the website before you lose more customers.

The parcel did not reach the home and I had to take a lot of effort to get the parcel. I consider your service very poor although your customer service did help but not up to the mark. I have to think twice before I could place my next order at spice village

Very expensive, free delivery only available between 2-4 days. This is not well thought place, what if you are ordering frozen or refrigerated food ? It will be in a box for few days? Not coming back for sure !

Hi, Thank you for your review, if you have any questions you can always email us. Free delivery is for normal orders. However, if you ask for special items they require special delivery conditions hence we charge extra. We do not send Frozen items if delivery takes more than 12 hours since it gets spoilt - hence the extra costs for us and the extra delivery charges. I hope this clears your doubt and I hope you revisit your review because this is not a fair review. If things are expensive you can always contact us and we show you brands that are cheaper. Pathetic service. Items still not delivered because of your mistake. The person on phone was rude. No response to emails. I still don't know the status of my order.

I hv any received the product after 4 days of order, i waited till 2nd of June! As I have to travel I rescheduled it to 8th! But instead of delivering the guy called and I missed the call, they dint even ring the bell. And dint attempt for a second delivery! Pathetic service
