“It was my first order and it was delivered to another address and when I called the Spice village guy he was so casual about it and asked me to go to that person and pick my order. I did not even know who the person was. it was so awkward and the order wasn't even delivered to that person, I went to him. Later we found it was lying on the ground floor, just like that. I called again to Spice Village and again they sounded so casual. Poor customer service.”

“There was never an instance, where I got all the items ordered! They are always skip delivering one or the other ordered items. Very bad delivery experience every time, and hence I decided to never order from SpiceVillage again.”

“I am feeling really bad in saying this, but worst service ever. I totally understand that mistakes happen but this experience with Spice village was the heights of it. I have ordered from other Indian portals in Germany and have never had a problem. I also understand that this was during the Christmas holidays. There was no need for lying, that it is already dispatched or saying it will be sent today etc. I do not know what else to say to you guys. I am not gonna recommend your website to anyone in my circle and my review would reflect the same. Unfortunately, I do not remember the names of the persons I have spoken to. I had to contact you people several times to even get my order delivered to me, which happened finally.”
